Meanwhile, some Libyan news outlets reported that preliminary talks among Libyan political parties took place in Tunisia late last week. According to “almanaralink.com”, both Jibril’s National Forces Alliance and the Brotherhood’s Justice and Construction Party claimed no direct and official participation in the Tunis talks but gave the impression of ongoing informal talks.
